New building

A prefabricated building that will serve as a broadband booster station was lowered into place on the campus of East Arkansas Community College on Wednesday afternoon. David Merrifield, Chief Technical Officer with ARE-ON (Arkansas Research and Education Optical network) stated that the building is part of an effort to provide broadband service to rural and under-served areas.
