Only a drill

Rescuers bring a volunteer “victim” off a heavily-wooded hill during Operation Fallen Eagle, a drill held Saturday in rural St. Francis County. Close to 100 first responders from all over the county participated in the drill, in which rescue techniques were practiced and inter-agency communications were tested.
