Replacing flags

American Legion Post 4 got some help from Woodruff Electric Cooperative Wednesday afternoon to replace the Arkansas State Flag at the post home on Highway 70 East. Woodruff provided the manpower and time to replace the flag at the legion, along with the American Flag on display at Forrest Park Cemetery.
