Wet weather prompts flood warning for L'Anguille River

Woman injured: Barbara Ann Williams, 55, of 925 S. Rosser is wheeled to an ambulance after a manhole cover slipped out from under her Friday morning, causing her to fall up to her arms into the hole. According to witness accounts, she was taking a garbage cart to the curb when she stepped on the manhole cover and it went out from under her. She had bruises and complained of pain.
