Mustangs earn non-conference win over Chicks

Recognition: Blake Davis, the only senior on the Forrest City Mustang baseball team this season, was honored after Monday’s game for his contributions to the team since his first season as a freshman. Davis is the son of Jeff and Tracy Turner and the grandson of Bobby and Ann Davis. Davis has been accepted to Arkansas State University where he will be a pre-med student. He plans to continue his studies at UAMS to pursue his goal of becoming a doctor. Davis was presented with an appreciation plaque and an autographed baseball by his Mustang teammates.
