Decorating a headdress: Today was the last day of school this week for most students in St. Francis County before the long holiday weekend. Kendrick Hunter, a second grader at Stewart Elementary School, decorates a headdress this morning. County shop: A new shop for the St. Francis County Road Department is being built on the NEARCO property just off of Highway 50 in Madison. According to SFC County Judge Gary Hughes, the county shop was moved to NEARCO at the beginning of the year.
