Annual program: Forrest City High School’s Navy Junior ROTC Color Guard presents the colors this morning at a program to honor veterans. It was the eighth annual Veterans Day Program held at Mustang Arena, and featured music, readings and a speaker who stressed the importance of oral histories of World War II. Photo by David Nichol.

All in the details: With the extension of Eldridge Road progressing, many smaller details have to be taken care of. One of those details is rerouting underground phone lines in the area.
